Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Rendering Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead maintenance activities in a manufacturing facility. The role involves supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment reliability and safety across process systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, PLC experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs highly diversified duties with respect to production and facility and to install and maintain facility grounds, building and other facility equipment.
• Oversees installation and replacement of motors, pumps, drives, belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves on process equipment and facility equipment.
• Oversees troubleshooting of pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic machine problems and makes necessary repairs.
• Assigns team members preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment.
• Maintains the WWPT facility to operate within parameters safely.
• Provides leadership for Maintenance technicians performing preventative maintenance, equipment installs, parts replacement, and troubleshooting.
• Keeps record of all work performed and updates maintenance history logs.
