Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 6PM-6AM shift to lead a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. You will direct maintenance activities, monitor safety and quality, and participate in budgeting and capital projects to maximize production time.

The role requires a BS/BA in engineering or related experience, plus 3+ years of supervisory work in manufacturing. Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or related major or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Strong ability to influence, provide leadership, work in a team environment or independently.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Good facilitation/training skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and facilitate the daily activities of a team to complete maintenance on time and safely.
• Ensure standards for product quality, equipment and operator performance are maintained.
• Assist in development of the maintenance budget and report operating costs.
• Collaborate with plant managers on labor, safety and shift scheduling matters.
• Work with Human Resources to hire, train, and develop maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with EHS to ensure environmental compliance.
• Encourage reporting of food safety issues and initiate corrective actions.
