Job summary

Greatjob is seeking a Distribution Trainer to lead PIT training on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) in Lithia Springs, GA. You will deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, conduct evaluations, and ensure operators meet OSHA and site standards for powered industrial trucks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations.
• Experience operating Raymond powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to deliver classroom instruction and hands-on training.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify gaps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on PIT training.
• Evaluate operator performance against standards.
• Develop training plans for new hires and transfers.
• Coordinate training with Operations and Safety.
• Maintain training records and materials.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site procedures.
