Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Trainer for the Distribution 2nd Shift to lead equipment and safety training for warehouse staff. The role focuses on training operators of Powered Industrial Trucks, maintaining records, and developing instructional materials.

The position requires strong English communication, self-direction, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of interpreting charts, schedules, reports, forms, and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment training for Powered Industrial Trucks using established work instructions and PPE.
• Plans and facilitates training in conjunction with SOPs of distribution departments.
• Maintain training files, physical and electronic; complete training documents via SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Develop training material with Training Manager, Safety and Management.
• Provide feedback on training materials to improve processes.
