Job summary

Greif is seeking a Production Trainer for the 2nd shift in a manufacturing facility in Georgia. You will deliver hands-on training to line operators and other production roles, coaching teams on safety, SOPs, quality standards, and efficient work practices.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent). You will help document training records and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Thorough understanding of production equipment.
• Proven ability to participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training for line operators and production roles.
• Coach and qualify new and existing employees on SOPs, quality, and safety.
• Instruct on housekeeping and workplace organization standards for safety and efficiency.
• Train employees to inspect, measure, and weigh bottles to meet specs.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and support for skill development.
• Maintain training records and production logs.
