Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Trainer - Distribution (1st Shift) to train operators on powered industrial trucks using approved work instructions and PPE. You will monitor progress and ensure safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities include developing training material with the Training Manager, maintaining training records in SharePoint and PowerApps, and contributing to continual improvement of processes and procedures within the distribution department.

Qualifications

• High School education or 2-3 years of related experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of interpreting and/or completing charts, schedules, reports, forms, and records.
• Must possess physical dexterity and the ability to operate powered industrial trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment training for all positions on Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Maintain training files, both physical and electronic.
• Complete training documents via SharePoint Site and PowerApps.
• Develop training material in conjunction with the Training Manager, Safety and Management.
• Provide feedback on training or material for continual improvement.
