Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Pharmaceutical Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:20 PM) in Myerstown, PA to support manufacturing processes in a GMP environment. The role requires adherence to cGMP, safety procedures, and accurate documentation while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, setup/changeovers, quality checks, and collaboration with supervisors to meet production targets. Overtime may be required based on production demands.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required, based on production demands.
• Experience with motorized & non-motorized material handling equipment preferred.
• Experience with automated inventory systems such as SAP or MES is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work environment by following safety procedures, SOPs, and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with other operators to meet production schedules and priorities.
• Maintain and clean work area; dispose of waste properly.
• Operate and maintain equipment and process rooms to manufacture products; perform setup and changeovers.
• Record process steps and production data in required systems and paperwork.
• Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance as needed.
