Job summary

Bayer is hiring a Pharmaceutical Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:20 PM) in Myerstown, PA. You will manufacture products, follow cGMPs, and work with teams to meet schedules. Responsibilities include equipment setup, inspections, and SOP adherence.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, overtime flexibility, forklift experience, and strong English communication. GMP environment experience is preferred and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work overtime as needed by production demands.
• 6+ months experience with motorized/non‑motorized material handling equipment.
• 6+ months experience with automated inventory systems (e.g., SAP, MES, MS Office).
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Forklift truck experience required.
• GMP/SOP environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment by following SOPs, PPE, and safety rules.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors to meet production schedules.
• Clean, set up, and operate equipment and process rooms.
• Record production data and ensure cGMP documentation is complete.
• Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Cross-train and support a 3‑shift operation.
