Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Plating Operator in North Jackson, OH to operate plating lines for PCB panels. You will handle various chemical processes, monitor temperatures and currents, and ensure quality in a fast-paced, safety‑focused environment.

Responsibilities include loading racks, reading blueprints, performing basic preventative maintenance, and documenting operations. Prior plating or PCB experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous chemical handling experience preferred.
• PCB manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift.
• Ability to read blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet-process equipment for PCB panel processing including copper/solder/gold immersion.
• Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within parameters.
• Load racks in plating tanks safely and monitor bath conditions.
• Read blueprints and traveler documents to verify operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on lines as workload allows.
• Complete departmental documentation and quality checks.
