Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors; provides excellent patient experiences.
• Handles patient registrations and collects demographics, guarantor, and financial information.
• Verifies insurance coverage in real time; assists with payments and cash handling.
• Collects IDs and insurance cards and scans to EMR.
• Explains forms and collects signatures; initiates interpreter services as needed.
• Supports downtime procedures and EMR queues; assists with claims process.
