Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is hiring for a 2nd shift materials operator. You will transport and unload materials using a pallet jack, and operate a floor jack while maintaining safety. Coordinate with supervision and keep records of finished goods and packaging materials daily.

Responsibilities include daily operator checklists and reporting safety concerns. The role requires six months of continuous work history in the past two years and completion of an online Workday application.

Qualifications

• Must complete an online Workday application.
• Must have 6 months continuous work history within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload materials using a pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Operate a floor jack safely.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and keep accurate records of finished product and packaging material.
• Complete operator check list daily.
• Inform Supervisor of needed repairs and safety concerns.
• Keep production line supplied with pallets, condemned bin and recyclable containers.
• Verify accuracy of materials and ingredients used on the production line.
• Assist with clean-up and sanitation of the line following USDA/Tyson guidelines.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
