Leer, Inc. is seeking a skilled Painter for the 2nd shift at our New Lisbon, WI facility. You will prep, paint, and inspect units on the assembly line, using washers and painting equipment, while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements.
• Must possess a cooperative attitude.
• Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to operate washer and painting equipment.
• Must have high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prep units, wash and inspect for dents; repair as needed.
• Paint units and change out paints.
• Clean paint and wash equipment; perform paint PMs as assigned.
• Conduct paint inventory and maintain records.
• Work on front assembly line as required.
