Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Waukesha, WI is seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter for a 2nd Shift role. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, monitoring spray equipment, and ensuring quality application of paint. Candidates must have a High School diploma and prior industrial painting experience. Qualifications

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, or automotive spray-painting experience.
• Knowledge of industrial airless and/or air pressure painting preferred.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all surfaces to be sprayed properly.
• Check and maintain proper fluid and air pressure.
• Clean and lubricate all spray guns at the end of shifts.

Skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
