The LEGO Group is seeking a capable Prepack Operator for our Richmond, VA area production site. You will operate and support high-volume Prepack lines (SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker, DSPP-M), ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing and can perform precise machine adjustments, with the ability to lift up to 33 lbs and work a 12-hour shift. Hybrid options and robust benefits are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in production/manufacturing in high-volume lines.
• Experience with Prepack SSPP/DSPP-S/PP99/Joker/DSPP-M or completion of related training.
• Must perform precise machine adjustments and operate line equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 33 lbs and stand/walk continuously.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and follow safety/quality regulations.

Responsabilités

• Operate SSPP, DSPP-S, PP99, Joker, and DSPP-M production lines to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality operations.
• Maintain equipment, materials, and tools to support stable line performance.
• Operate Prepack equipment including bag makers, counting machines, scales, and related systems.
• Monitor line performance and propose improvements to sustain output.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed per process.
• Execute changeovers, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance tasks.
• Use line monitoring and QC software during orders and changeovers.
• Collaborate with Team Coordinators and Supervisors to achieve goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow safety and quality regulations at all times.
• Be prepared for additional duties as assigned.
