Tech Packaging Inc. is seeking a Line Lead in Shoemakersville, PA to maintain line quality, efficiency and speed. The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and requires leadership and hands-on training of line personnel in a fast-paced production environment.

The candidate will monitor product quality, lead by example, and ensure safe work practices while coordinating cross-functional activities and accurate data documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in a Line Lead or Trainer capacity for warehouse and/or production.

Aufgaben

• Select products for stages in production and inspect quality.
• Investigate customer complaints regarding quality and follow up.
• Maintain positive teamwork and morale within plant.
• Ensure overall quality of finished product.
• Lead by example and drive a high-performing line.
• Follow standard operating methods and practice safe work habits.
• Facilitate and organize training unique to Tech Packaging.
• Generate reports and accurately enter data.
