Nature's Way is seeking a Packaging Technician for the Challenger Plant on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am, Mon–Thu). New wage increases and shift differentials are featured for 2026.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring packaging equipment, ensuring quality, and maintaining sanitary standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs and cGMP, accurate documentation, teamwork, and ongoing training across zones.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating packaging equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to detect defects.
• Follow SOP and cGMP guidelines in all tasks.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace, equipment and materials.
• Perform cleaning to maintain sanitary conditions for each job.
• Produce finished goods that are defect-free and correctly identified.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks as required.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies related to safety, quality or health.
• Perform basic mathematics as part of duties.
• Follow PPE guidelines at all times.
• Be flexible with shift schedule to meet business needs.
