Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking a Packaging Technician for the Challenger Plant on 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am, Mon–Thu). This role focuses on operating packaging equipment, maintaining high sanitary standards, and ensuring products meet quality specifications within a safe manufacturing environment.

The technician will monitor machines, adhere to SOPs and cGMP, document activities accurately, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in all operations.

SUMMARY The Responsibilities
