Job summary

Nature's Way in Green Bay, WI, seeks a Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift at the Gummy Plant. You will help prepare, set up, and run designated jobs, aiming for high quality within a safe environment.

You will drive continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Appearance, Reliability and Cost, with Tech III responsibilities leading teams and personal performance as skills grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates must read and comprehend simple instructions with English communication.
• Knowledge of SOP and cGMP guidelines is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product quality and machine performance.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines and complete documentation accurately.
• Maintain sanitary standards of workspace, equipment, and materials.
• Perform cleaning to preserve sanitary conditions before, during and after processing.
