Winland Foods is seeking a dedicated Entry Packaging Team Member in Columbia, SC. You will operate packaging lines, monitor processes, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards. The role requires adherence to GMP practices and collaboration with a high-performing team.

The position offers a 2-2-3 schedule with overtime, working 2nd shift in Columbia, and comprehensive benefits. Previous packaging experience is valued, as is forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required for Advanced Level.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII and Weaver to keep packaging flowing.
• Perform routine operation checks and maintain equipment.
