Job summary

Henkel is seeking a production operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-10:30pm) with overtime as required. You will operate and adjust manufacturing equipment, monitor quality, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse settings, solid computer skills (MS Word/Excel), and strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Willing to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely per instructions
• Set up or adjust equipment per manufacturing specs
• Ensure equipment runs smoothly and meets quality standards
• Monitor output quality and discard defective products
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Be willing to work weekend overtime shifts
• Participate in HPS activities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
