Job summary

HyTech Spring and Machine Corp. is seeking a 2nd shift Secondary Operator in the Packaging area. You will perform final processing, quality inspection, packaging, and order preparation, while operating equipment and performing basic troubleshooting.

You’ll complete required paperwork and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with manufacturing or packaging experience preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or packaging experience preferred; training provided.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Team-oriented with good time management skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final processing and quality inspection in the packaging area.
