Job summary

Martin Sprocket & Gear in Paragould, AR is seeking dependable Packagers to join our precision manufacturing team. You’ll follow process sheets, visually inspect products, and box items for shipment.

The role demands basic math, stamina to stand all shift, and strict safety adherence. teamwork and accuracy are valued. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with a 2nd shift premium included.

Qualifications

• Math skills are required; ability to read English instructions and log data.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions from sheets or verbal directions.
• Visually inspect products for conformance to specs.
• Package products into boxes and cartons.
• Operate boxing machinery per specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements; use crane or buddy system when moving heavy parts.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
