Job summary

QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group, is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). The role involves preparing and operating packaging equipment, threading film, programming presets, and inspecting quilts as they pass through the machine.

You will log production data, handle and box finished items, perform routine maintenance, and help troubleshoot equipment. A High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing are required, along with basic

Attention to Detail ensures accuracy in production and inspections.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret layouts for setup and quality checks.
Basic math including fractions for production calculations.

Responsibilities

Prepare packaging machine by staging product, threading film, and setting presets.
Operate rollpack or smashing machine and adjust settings for optimal performance.
Pass and inspect quilts through the machine and record in the QuiltTracker app as required.
Unload finished items, box them, and apply master QR codes to boxes.
