This entry‑level role requires a High School Diploma or GED, good attention to detail, and the ability to read and follow operating procedures. English proficiency is required and teamwork is essential to meet quality and output targets at our

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required — entry-level opportunity.
• Attention to Detail: ensures accuracy in production and material handling; identifies potential defects or issues.
• Operational Knowledge: ability to follow documented operating procedures and material flow.
• Teamwork: collaborates with machine operators and production staff to meet quality/output goals.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist sewing operators by guiding materials through sewing machines.
• Fold finished products and place them on designated carts.
• Load raw material rolls onto quilting machines.
• Join material roll ends to ensure continuous machine operation.
• Monitor and align material layers for quality and accuracy.
• Unload cut materials from conveyor belts onto pallets or carts.
• Turn quilts inside out and feed them through the rolling machine.
• Remove finished rolled quilts from the machine and place them into boxes.
• Seal boxes, palletize finished products, and secure pallets for shipment.
