QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group, is growing and adding a 2nd Shift. We’re looking for Quilting Machine Operators to join our team.

The Quilting Machine Operator runs quilting and cutting equipment, reads blueprints, and performs quality checks to meet job specifications. You will set up machines, adjust sensors, and troubleshoot routine issues to keep production running smoothly. Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience.
• Reading blueprints and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Review daily workflow and required materials.
• Set up and operate quilting/cutting equipment.
• Program length dimensions using sensor adjustments and the computer interface.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings or blueprints to confirm dimensions.
• Perform quality inspections throughout production.
• Troubleshoot thread breaks and stitch line skips.
