QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is growing and adding a 2nd Shift. We're looking for General Labor team members to join our team.

The General Laborer supports production operations by assisting machine operators, handling materials, and packaging finished products to maintain a smooth workflow. This role requires attention to detail, safe material handling, and teamwork to meet quality standards and production targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; entry-level opportunity.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Teamwork and ability to read English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist sewing operators by guiding materials through sewing machines.
• Fold finished products and place on carts.
• Load raw material rolls onto quilting machines.
• Join material roll ends for continuous operation.
• Monitor and align material layers for quality.
• Unload cut materials from conveyors onto pallets.
• Turn quilts and feed through rolling machine.
• Remove finished rolled quilts and box them.
• Seal boxes and palletize for shipment.
