Job summary

QProducts and Services, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is hiring a Quilting Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) in Hazel Crest, IL. You will operate quilting and cutting equipment, read blueprints, and perform quality checks to meet job specifications.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience. English proficiency is required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in production.

Responsibilities

• Review daily workflow and materials needed for production.
• Set up and operate quilting/cutting equipment per job specs.
• Program length dimensions and read blueprints/AutoCAD drawings.
• Perform quality inspections throughout production and troubleshoot issues.
