Timken Company is hiring a 2nd Shift Machine Packaging Operator for its Duncan, SC facility. The role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with overtime as needed. You will operate packaging equipment, verify parts and quantities, and ensure quality and safety on the line.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow standard work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines and ensure proper packaging of cups, cones, and assemblies.
• Verify quality and quantity of products; inspect for defects and correct as needed.
• Set up and troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform line changeovers.
• Use RF scanners or computers to verify packaging requirements and process orders.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and communicate issues to other teams.
