Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in electrical maintenance in an industrial setting.
• Experience as a Technical Trainer or familiar with training tools such as SOPs and other technical documents preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain packaging equipment performance on scales, baggers and case packers.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for packaging equipment.
• Lead packaging equipment overhauls from planning to execution and document results.
• Respond to real-time equipment issues to support daily operations.
• Document work in ERP (D365) and improve maintenance routines for reliability.
• Train maintenance staff on packaging equipment.
