Tech Packaging Inc. in Hamburg, PA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker for 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure our new facility operates reliably. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines, plus repairs to electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and strong electrical troubleshooting skills up to 480 VAC. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of electricity and electrical troubleshooting up to 480 VAC.
• Ability to run conduit and size wiring per NEC requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
• Welding of stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operation of machinery, forklifts, and equipment by completing preventive maintenance per manuals.
• Identify problems by observing devices, listening for issues, and using testing instruments.
• Control downtime by informing production and preparing downtime reports.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies; place orders as needed.
• Repair electrical machinery, motor controls, and pneumatic systems; basic plumbing.
• Document actions and communicate needs to keep teams aligned.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Assist team to achieve related maintenance results as required.
