Job summary

Bell’s and New Belgium is seeking a production operator to operate and maintain high-speed packaging lines on a 2nd shift. You will start up, run, troubleshoot, and shut down equipment, conduct quality checks, load/unload materials, and keep a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include training new team members, following SOPs and checklists, and adhering to production schedules. The role requires basic computer skills, good mechanical aptitude, and physical ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Previous experience with high speed production equipment desired
• Solid mechanical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read reports, instructions, and procedures

Responsibilities

• Operates, starts up, runs, and shuts down high-speed packaging lines
• Performs initial troubleshooting and makes adjustments as needed
• Engages in quality assurance activities (testing, sampling, sensory evaluation)
• Loads/unloads material and finished product (forklifts)
• Maintains clean work environment and follows SOPs/checklists
• Trains new personnel and other teammates when needed
• Other duties as assigned
