Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Automated Packaging Machine Operator to oversee the setup, operation, and light maintenance of high-speed form, fill, and seal packaging lines. You will meet daily production goals while upholding product quality, weight accuracy, and sanitation standards, and guide line support personnel.

You will work second shift from 3:30 PM to 12 AM, with a high school diploma and relevant packaging experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on machinery experience with automated form, fill, and seal packaging equipment (or closely related high-speed packaging machinery).
• Troubleshooting: capable of handling non-major mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic adjustments independently.
• Knowledge of GMPs, ATP testing, QA sign-off procedures in a regulated environment.
• Strong math comprehension, ability to read spec sheets, and working knowledge of the metric system.

Responsibilities

• Work in a smoke-free environment.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for up to 8 hours.
