Job summary

New Belgium Brewing Company is seeking an operator to run and maintain our high-speed packaging lines on the 2nd shift. You will start up, operate, and shut down equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support quality assurance, ensuring accurate sampling and testing.

This role requires solid mechanical skills and basic computer proficiency to read reports and procedures. You will also load/unload materials, operate a forklift, and uphold a clean, safe work environment while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-speed production equipment preferred.
• Solid mechanical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read reports, instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates, starts up, runs, and shuts down equipment as relevant.
• Troubleshoots equipment and production issues and makes adjustments.
• Engages in quality assurance activities (corrective actions, sensory evaluation, sampling, testing).
• Loads/unloads material and finished product, including driving a forklift.
• Maintains a clean work environment and adheres to SOPs and checklists.
• Trains new personnel and other team members when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
