Job summary

Ardent Mills LLC is seeking a Pack Operator for our Mount Pocono, PA facility. You will manage packer/palletizer operations, load/unload trucks, maintain inventories, and coordinate with the scheduler to meet production and shipping needs.

This on-site role emphasizes reliability, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position requires basic computer skills, clear communication, and experience with packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Prior experience with packaging equipment (line setup, troubleshooting, quality control).

Responsibilities

• Operate packer and palletizer equipment.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Maintain daily inventories.
• Update flour schedule status.
• Prepare daily production report.
• Prepare COA’s for load orders.
• Warehouse sanitation.
• Flour testing.
• Preventative maintenance.
• All other tasks assigned by supervisor.
