Ardent Mills in Mount Pocono, PA is seeking a Pack Operator to manage daily pack operations, schedule coordination, and inventory control. You will work with the scheduler, production supervisor, and maintenance team to ensure timely packaging and order fulfillment.

The role requires experience with packaging equipment, strong communication, and the ability to organize multiple tasks with reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Experience with packaging equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate packer and palletizer equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain inventories.
• Update flour schedule status and production reports.
• Prepare COA’s for load orders and maintain sanitation.
• Support preventative maintenance activities.
