Job summary

Ardent Mills in Mount Pocono, PA seeks a Pack Operator to manage daily pack operations, loading/unloading, inventory control, scheduling and sanitation. You will coordinate with the scheduler and maintenance to ensure timely packing and safe, compliant operations.

Essential duties include operating packer and palletizer equipment, maintaining inventories, preparing reports, and performing quality checks. Prior packaging equipment experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Experience with packaging equipment.
• Basic trouble shooting and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate packer and palletizer equipment.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Maintain daily inventories.
• Update flour schedule status.
• Prepare daily production report.
• Prepare COA’s for load orders.
• Warehouse sanitation and flour testing.
• Preventative maintenance.
