Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Stratham, NH to set up and operate assigned packaging/production machines, ensure safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement.

You will monitor line performance, coordinate changeovers, perform basic preventative maintenance, log production data, and participate in daily team meetings to drive efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to meet daily production goals.
• Coordinate product changeovers to maximize line efficiency.
• Monitor machine and material to ensure quality and production standards; report issues promptly.
• Record production run quantities and material usage in the system.
• Attend daily/weekly technical meetings to discuss productivity and safety issues.
