Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time shipping.
• Balance staffing to fulfill customer orders.
• Coordinate with wire department and dispatch for timely truck departures.
• Implement quality audits and propose proactive solutions.
• Communicate status updates to other shift supervisors and managers.
• Motivate employees to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
