Job summary
Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Cranbury, NJ to lead team leaders and associates in the picking, packing, and loading processes. You will coordinate with maintenance to keep the Dematic system fully operational and ensure accurate, timely orders for customers.

Qualifications
- Supervise team leaders and warehouse staff on picking and packing operations.
- Ensure staff are trained in picking/packing and quality control.
- Balance staffing to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with maintenance to keep Dematic system running.
- Provide evening status updates to shift supervisors and managers.
- Motivate employees to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staffing to meet order demand.
- Monitor and support Dematic system performance and uptime.
- Enforce safety policies and quality standards across shifts.
