Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for the Ladson area on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). The role oversees daily operations at automotive or environmental job sites, coordinating equipment and personnel to meet schedule and quality expectations.

You will lead safety discussions, review performance, and manage inventory in coordination with purchasing. The position requires ensuring safety, meeting wage and policy standards, and providing timely status updates to management.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and inventory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work schedules.
• Ensure completion and quality of tasks per work schedules and customer requests.
• Evaluate employee performance and document corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate location inventory and interface with purchasing to maintain levels.
• Work with operations manager to assess staffing needs and schedules.
• Coordinate daily technician and team leader meetings addressing safety, operations, and HR topics.
• Identify, analyze and resolve operational problems.
• Ensure customer quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Conduct annual reviews of direct reports and recommend merit increases.
• Handle nightly administrative tasks including attendance, work completed, and status reports.
• Perform other duties as directed.
