Job summary

Harry & David is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day distribution and production operations, overseeing labor, materials, safety, quality, customer service, systems, and costs to ensure safe, efficient daily performance.

The role provides hands-on leadership to associates, drives productivity and continuous improvement, and fosters an environment where employees are supported, engaged, and able to perform at their best in a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership with 3–5 years in warehouse/production operations.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in distribution center or production facility.
• Staff shifts within budget and staffing guidelines.
• Monitor productivity, labor costs, and drive improvements.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to employees.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; ensure documentation.
• Support safety programs and SQF/FSMA compliance.
