Allegion is seeking an Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift) in Greenfield, IN to lead 1–2 Team Leaders and up to 30 hourly staff. The role focuses on safety, quality, and production efficiency within a lean manufacturing framework.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on ISO standards compliance and meeting business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum: HS diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 5 years in manufacturing with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience leading 1–2 Team Leaders and up to 30 hourly employees.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and ISO 9001/14001/18001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 Team Leaders and up to 30 hourly employees.
• Direct overall team direction, coordination, and performance evaluation.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage staff; plan and assign work.
• Maintain safety, quality, and standard work compliance.
• Monitor production and adjust plans to meet targets and demand.
• Adjust labor levels to align with customer demand.
