Job summary

Paxon North America, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Team Lead to supervise and coordinate fulfillment operations. You will train staff, organize workflow, and partner with Supervisors to meet customer requirements while ensuring safety and efficiency across the distribution floor.

The role requires 1–2 years in a distribution environment, strong leadership, and fluency in English. This on-site position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within the organization.

• Train associates on processes
• Assist Supervisor and internal teams to meet and exceed customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and guidelines
• Maintain safety and security of associates and inventory
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and SOPs
• Monitor production standards and uphold SOPs
• Perform duties of a fulfillment associate as needed
• Meet or exceed attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security standards

Role Summary

The Distribution Team Lead at Paxon carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Leads and assists the Supervisor in attaining overall department goals and effectively planning and organizing workflow, promoting teamwork, training, problem solving, decision making, and performs all functions as a fulfillment associate.

Responsibilities

• Tasks include planning/organizing work; training associates; assigning and directing work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems.
• Train associates on processes
• Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure the safety and security of associates and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Monitor associate production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Perform all functions same as a fulfillment associate.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• May be required to complete other duties as assigned.
