Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Operations Manager for the 2nd shift in Fort Wayne, IN. This role leads day-to-day operations, guides supervisors and staff, and ensures timely, high‑quality service to client accounts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience and 2–3 years of management experience or a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for assigned client accounts.
• Manage, coach, and support supervisors and field staff.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure client accounts are properly covered.
• Coordinate employee assignments and schedules based on business needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond promptly to questions or concerns.
• Monitor service quality and ensure company standards are met.
• Manage projects from planning through completion.
• Identify operational problems and develop effective solutions.
