Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner Floater for the 2nd shift. The role involves cleaning multiple commercial facilities and traveling between sites throughout the shift. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00 PM–2:30 AM with rotating weekends. This full‑time, in‑person position offers benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning standards and facilities maintenance practices will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in multiple commercial settings.
• Clean and sanitize breakrooms and restrooms.
• Handle custodial duties across facilities, maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist with office cleaning, trash removal, and replenishing supplies.
• Carry out industrial cleaning duties as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Travel to multiple sites throughout the shift.
