Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Area Supervisor for Fort Wayne on the 2nd shift. Lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities, train staff, inspect quality, and ensure consistent, professional service. Evening hours from 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM with potential weekend work.

A $300 referral bonus is offered for referrals. Candidates should have prior leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to organize priorities across sites.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
• Ability to travel between buildings and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain cleaning expectations for each facility.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality and standards.
• Train new team members and provide guidance.
• Monitor attendance and performance.
• Arrange coverage or perform duties when needed.
• Manage staffing and labor goals for each building.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed.
• Respond to customer feedback and follow up.
• Follow safety procedures and SDS handling.
• Keep company vehicle clean and secure.
• Communicate with teams and management.
