Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Janitorial Team Lead for the Fort Wayne area. The position covers 6PM-2:30AM and requires leading cleaners, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting quality walkthroughs, and communicating staffing or supply concerns to management. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Experience as a team lead, trainer, or supervisor is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites are required.
• Must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and guide other cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and clear communication are essential.
• Ability to use a mobile device for timekeeping and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine janitorial duties: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning and sanitation.
• Travel between assigned buildings to cover calls and vacancies during shifts.
• Organize daily cleaning assignments and communicate priorities to team members.
• Train new and existing cleaners on site-specific duties, procedures, equipment, and safety.
• Complete walkthroughs to ensure cleaning quality and task completion before leaving location.
• Address missed tasks and provide retraining when needed.
• Report attendance, performance issues, customer complaints, and incomplete work to supervisor.
