Job summary

Performance Team in the United States (New Jersey) is seeking a seasoned warehouse operations manager to oversee multiple departments and ensure efficient production and storage processes. The role requires leadership across 50+ employees and coordination with suppliers to meet delivery commitments.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of warehouse operations management and 1 year of cold storage experience, plus the ability to communicate in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience.
• Experience in production based/fast paced environment.
• Must be able to speak Spanish.
• Warehouse performance management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Input to product strategy and R&D of new products.
• Establishes production and quality control standards, budgets, and data on orders.
• Guides development of manufacturing process plans including staffing, materials, subcontractors, facilities, tooling.
• Coordinates manufacturing with other functions and suppliers for optimum utilization.
• Reviews production reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Trains staff and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
