Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clearing Group Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinating manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet productivity targets while upholding safety, quality, and standards. The role directs associates, supports continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to SOPs.

Required are 2–3 years in logistics/operations with leadership experience and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in fast-paced environments.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the assigned area and supervise associates.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet daily targets.
• Enforce standard work procedures and safety rules.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on shift performance.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization and staffing plans.
