Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Demonstrated team leadership and development skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility for extended hours, weekends, or overtime
